When you or the recipient (hereafter "you") receive a gift card, you will receive the following information:
- Gift card number (unique code)
- Gift card amount
- Expiration date (if applicable)
The gift card may be delivered in the following form:
- Email (digital gift card)
Please keep your gift card number safe — it is the only proof of use.
2. Using the Gift Card Online
To use your gift card during online checkout:
- Select the products you wish to purchase from our online store
- Add the products to your cart
- Go to the checkout page
- In the payment section, find the "Gift Card" option
- Enter your gift card number (case insensitive)
- Click the "Apply" or "Redeem" button
- The system will automatically deduct the gift card amount from the total
- If the balance is sufficient, click "Complete Order"
- If the balance is insufficient, choose another payment method to pay the remaining amount
Check your gift card balance:
- Visit the gift card page on our website
- Enter your gift card number to check the balance
- Or contact our customer service team for assistance
3. Using the Gift Card In-Store
To use your gift card in one of our physical stores:
- Inform the cashier that you want to pay with a gift card
- Provide your gift card number or show the gift card QR code
- The cashier will scan the QR code or manually enter the card number
- The system will show the card balance and apply it to your purchase
If you need to pay the remaining balance, you can use another payment method.
4. Gift Card Usage Notes
Important reminders:
- The gift card balance can be used for multiple orders until depleted
- Gift cards can be used with discount codes
- Multiple gift cards can be used in one order
- Gift cards can be used for the first purchase of a subscription product but not for recurring subscription payments
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card
- Gift card value applies to the total order amount, including tax and shipping
