Q2: How do I set it up for the first time?
- Place the device on a flat, stable surface and remove the top cover.
- Pour clean water into the tank. Do not exceed the MAX (200 ml) water level line, and avoid pouring water into the mist outlet.
- Add 2–3 drops of essential oil directly into the water tank if desired.
- Replace the cover, connect the Type-C cable to a 5V/2A power adapter, then press the power button or use the remote to start.

- Water: We strongly recommend using purified or distilled water. Avoid tap water with high mineral content or hot water, as mineral build-up can clog the ultrasonic mist disc over time.
- Essential Oils: Use high-quality, natural water-soluble essential oils or aroma oils.
Q8: How do I clean and maintain the A28?
- Always unplug the Type-C power cable before cleaning.
- When emptying the tank, pour from the side away from the air outlet and buttons to prevent water from entering the internal circuitry.
- Gently wipe the inside of the tank with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the unit in water or rinse it under a tap.
