Usage Instructions

2. Short press to switch modes:
Short press Mode 1, red indicator light on. Therapy cap red light + infrared light turn on.
Short press Mode 2, green indicator light on. Therapy cap red light + infrared light blinks at 10Hz.
Short press Mode 3, blue indicator light on. Therapy cap red light + infrared light blinks at 40Hz.
Press again to turn off.
3. Auto shut off, the therapy cap will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
