User Instructions:
1. Press and hold the wheel button to turn on the fan. The digital screen will display "01" mode. After 5 seconds of no operation, the battery level will be displayed. Press and hold the wheel button again to turn off the fan.
2. When the fan is on, slide the wheel toward the "+" to increase the speed (up to level 100). Slide the wheel toward the "-" to decrease the speed (down to level 01). After 5 seconds of no operation, the digital screen will show the battery level (cycling through).
3. The battery level will decrease as the fan operates. When the battery level falls below "10%", the digital screen will start blinking. When the battery reaches "0%", the fan will automatically turn off. In this case, the fan needs to be recharged before it can be turned on again.
