- Gift card number (unique code)
- Gift card amount
- Expiration date (if applicable)
The gift card may be sent to you via:
- Email (digital gift card)
Please keep your gift card number safe, as it is the only proof of use.
2. Using the Gift Card Online
To use your gift card during online checkout:
- Choose the products you want in our online store
- Add them to your cart
- Go to the checkout page
- In the payment section, find the "Gift Card" option
- Enter your gift card number (case insensitive)
- Click the "Apply" or "Redeem" button
- The system will automatically deduct the card amount from the order total
- If the balance covers the full amount, click "Complete Order"
- If not, choose another payment method for the remaining balance
Check your balance:
- Visit the gift card page on our website
- Enter your card number to check the balance
- Or contact our customer support for assistance
3. Using the Gift Card In-Store
To use your gift card in a physical store:
- Inform the cashier that you want to pay with a gift card
- Provide the gift card number or show the QR code
- The cashier will scan the code or enter the number manually
- The balance will be displayed and applied to your purchase
If any amount remains, pay it using another payment method.
4. Gift Card Usage Notes
- The balance can be used for multiple orders until fully spent
- Gift cards can be used with discount codes
- Multiple gift cards can be used in one order
- Can be used for the first purchase of a subscription, not for renewals
- Cannot be used to buy another gift card
- The amount applies to the total order including tax and shipping
