  Our 704 RTV silicone sealant uses an alcohol-based neutral curing system that releases no corrosive acetic acid during curing. Product Description

This 704 electronic grade RTV silicone sealant is a one-component, room-temperature-curing adhesive specially designed for electrical and electronic maintenance. It cures by reacting with moisture in the air, forming a flexible, highly insulating silicone rubber layer with excellent weather resistance and long-term sealing performance.

How to Use

1. Clean and fully dry the target surface to remove oil, dust and rust.
2. Cut the nozzle tip to your desired opening size.
3. Apply the sealant evenly to the surface. For gap filling, make sure the sealant fills the gap completely.
4. Secure the parts with tape or a fixture. Do not move or apply stress before initial curing.
5. Allow 24–72 hours at room temperature for full curing.

Important Notes

• This product is designed for sealing, insulation and light fixation. It is not intended for high-strength structural bonding such as phone screen repair, leather bonding or heavy load bearing.
• Not recommended for PP, PE, PTFE and other low-surface-energy plastics.
• Use in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
